I went to their shop in Bellaire to procure their services to unlock some storage units where I had lost the keys. I was the perfect customer for a service business – desperate for their services and ready to pay, but this company responded with a business practice rarely seen in today's world: honesty and integrity. It would have been easy to take my money and send someone to open my locks. Instead, they told me how to drill out the locks myself, and if that didn't work (it did), to come back. Their reasoning, “we don't want our customers spending money needlessly.” A selfless concept by an outstanding company!

Excellent service, quick and easy, no BS on the price. Told them what was wrong, lost my key, needed a new key with transponder cut and programmed called in, arranged visit, 20 mins later locksmith calls, tell me arrival in 25min. On time, at the job finishing in about 5 minutes. paid, accepts cash credit and even company card by calling in. $150 total, and when I asked how much for another blank key cut to be used as a spare he gave me one at no charge. If you’re in a hurry, or value good customer service use this company.
