Its a big bank and there should be lots of bankers .
I have waited 45 min just to ask a question about my accounts. Bankers are great but slow, probably less experiene. But they need more workers. Because its really slow.
Terrible hours, and lines that are out the door most of the time.
Worst customer service I been to many branch of Bank of America but this one is not even deserves 0 star so rude
This place has a lot of customers but always when I come here I waited long time. Even though they have a lot of clients only two or one bank clerks serve all these people and it took at least 45 minutes sometimes more. I come here because this is the nearest bank to my house. I see all other comments and still didn't give them any feedback but still they are not changing whether they see this comment and I am forced to write this. Please if you see this and the other previous comments make a change on your service rather than watching.
